Prior to assuming the role of Analyst in 2024, Brady previously completed an internship with the firm in 2023. Before joining Harbour Capital Advisors, Brady served as a Senior Business Analytics and Reporting Analyst at M&T Bank, where he contributed to the Information Management and Reporting team within the Commercial Banking division. Brady holds a M.S. degree in Business Analytics and a B.B.A from the Neeley School of Business at Texas Christian University, providing a strong foundation in analytical methods and business strategy. Brady is currently pursuing the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation, aiming to secure the title of CFA charterholder in Virginia.
